National President's Visit to Wyoming
NATIONAL PRESIDENTS VISIT
MARCH 28TH & 29TH
CODY, WY
Ladies of the VFW Auxiliaries I would like to encourage you to attend the National President’s visit in Cody, WY. Jan is taking this time to come to visit with us and to answer any questions or concerns you may have about our organization. This is really an informal time to get together.
Also, the Ladies of Robert E. Bottles Auxiliary # 2673 is so graciously helping host this event.
I would ask that if you are going to be meeting her flight that you wear Patriotic attire. I will be bringing the American Flags.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
JAN TITTLE WILL BE HERE ON HER OFFICAL VISIT ARRIVING THE SUNDAY, MARCH 28TH& MONDAY, MARCH 29TH. WE WILL BE MEETING JAN’S PLANE AT 1:15 PM AT YELLOWSTONE REGIONAL AIRPORT. FROM THERE WE LET HER GET SETTLED IN AT THE HOLIDAY INN.
SUNDAY EVENING WE WILL MEET IN THE RESTAURANT AT THE HOLIDAY INN FOR DINNER AROUND 6 PM. THIS WILL BE ORDER OFF OF THE MENU.
MONDAY MORNING WE WILL DO BREAKFAST AT "OUR PLACE" (148 W.YELLOWSTONE AVE – WEST CODY STRIP) AT 8:30 AM.
FROM THERE WE WILL TAKE A TOUR OF THE BUFFALO BILL DAM.
10:30 AM - WE WILL BE AT THE "WYOMING VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK".

AFTER LUNCH YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO VISIT WITH JAN.
AT 6 PM WE WILL BE HAVING DINNER AT THE IRMA HOTEL IN THE "GOVERNOR’S ROOM" WITH MORE TIME FOR VISITING.

THERE IS A BLOCK OF ROOMS AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN CODY, UNDER LADIES AUXILIARY TO VFW - SPECIAL RATE CODE "LAW-ZQV– NATIONAL PRESIDENTS VISIT. THE RATE IS $69.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX. THESE ROOMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL MARCH 14TH AT THAT RATE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS 1-307-587-5555.
