National President's Visit
NATIONAL PRESIDENTS VISIT
September 7th-9th, 2010
CASPER, WY
Ladies of the VFW Auxiliaries I would like to invite you to attend the National President’s visit in Casper, WY. Cortina is coming to visit with us and to answer any questions or concerns you may have about our organization. This is really an informal time to get together.
I would ask that if you are going to be at the Airport for her arrival that you please wear Patriotic attire. I will be bringing the American Flags.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
CORTINA BARNES WILL BE HERE FOR HER OFFICAL DEPARTMENT VISIT ARRIVING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH THRU SEPTEMBER 9TH. WE WILL BE MEETING CORTINAS PLANE AT 12:26 PM AT THE NATRONA COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. FROM THERE WE LET HER GET SETTLED IN AT THE RAMADA PLAZA RIVERSIDE.
SEPTEMBER 8th, TUESDAY EVENING WE WILL MEET IN THE LOBBY OF THE RAMADA TO GO TO FULL HOUSE CHINESE RESTAURANT (3550 W. YELLWOSTONE HWY) FOR DINNER AT 6 PM. (THIS WILL BE ORDER OFF THE MENU).
SEPTEMBER 9th, WEDNESDAY MORNING WE WILL MEET IN THE LOBBY OF THE RAMADA AT 8:45 A.M. BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE NATIONAL TRAILS INPTERPRETIVE CENTER.
9: 00-11:00 AM- WE WILL TAKE A TOUR OF THE NATIONAL HISTORIC TRAILS INTERPRETIVE CENTER. THE CHARGE FOR THE TOUR IS $4.00.
12:00 PM WE WILL HAVE A LUNCHEON AT VFW 10969 THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $10.00 -

AFTER LUNCH YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO VISIT WITH CORTINA.
2:00 PM WE WILL BE GOING TO THE VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM.
6:00 PM WE WILL BE HAVING DINNER AT "THE FIREROCK".

THERE IS A BLOCK OF ROOMS AT THE RAMADA PLAZA RIVERSIDE, UNDER LADIES AUXILIARY NATIONAL PRESIDENT'S VISIT THE RATE IS $76.00 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX. THESE ROOMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL AUGUST 24TH AT THAT RATE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS 1-307-473-3104
