District #3 President’s Report

I was elected and installed at our Fall District meeting. It is an honor and pleasure to serve as the District #3 President for another term. Elections and installation of the incoming Officers have taken place. I believe we will have an exceptional year.

All inspections were done on time. It always is a treat to get to all the auxiliaries to visit and listen to all the work that has been done or was in the process of being done.

The school of instruction was held at the Spring meeting with the Department chairman in attendance doing the instruction. The program chairman did an excellent job in getting their promotional material to the District Presidents.

This year has been a challenge; we lost an auxiliary from District #3. We did however get several of the sisters transferred to other auxiliaries.

My heartfelt thanks go out to the sisters of District #3 for the hard work done in their auxiliaries promoting and working the programs.

President’s presented their reports at the fall meeting.

It has been an honor and pleasure working with President Shirley and I wish for her a successful and memorable Convention.

District 4 President
District 4 Presidents Year-end Report 2009-2010

After visiting all of my auxiliaries this year, I feel good that
they are doing so well. After visitiing with a couple of new officers, it is great to see their willingness to learn, and I see a ray of hope covering District four this year.

Our auxiliaries are going strong, doing a lot of volanteer work and
have invested quite a bit of time in our veterans, present and future. We know that this is where our strength lies, being involved in our communities.

District four ladies are also strong in donating to our hospitals
and local charities.

It has been an interesting year and I thank the ladies of District
4 for electing me, and may we continue to be strong.

 District #7 President's Year-end Report 2009-2010

I was elected and installed at our Fall District meeting. Elections
and installation of the incoming Officers took place at our Spring
meeting.

All inspections were done in a timely manner with the exception of
Shoshoni. Cerella Overgard inspected our local auxiliary as I could not inspect my own.

It has been a wonderful experience serving as District 7 President and I have enjoyed getting to know the ladies of our District. Way to go!

Thanks to President Shirley for her guidance and words of wisdom.

Respectfully submitted,
Sandy Dailey
